All Stowe Labs products are digital downloads. There’s no physical shipping involved — your purchase is delivered the moment it’s complete.
Delivery
- Download links are sent to your purchase email immediately after checkout (whether the order goes through Gumroad, Etsy, or another platform — we’ll always honor whichever channel you bought through).
- Files are typically PDFs, ZIP archives, JSON / CSV / Markdown text, Canva templates, or similar. Each product listing tells you the exact format before you buy.
- If a download link doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order email and we’ll resend.
Refunds
Because every product is a digital file that can be downloaded once and kept forever, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. Buying a digital product is closer to buying a download than buying a physical item — once you have the bytes, we can’t take them back.
That said, we honor refunds in three cases:
- The file you received is materially broken or missing (e.g., the ZIP won’t extract, a critical asset is corrupted).
- The product description was misleading about a key feature.
- You bought twice by accident within 24 hours.
For any of those, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order email and what went wrong. We’ll process the refund through whichever platform handled the original purchase.
Affiliate products
Some products listed on stowelabs.dev are affiliate items — they’re sold by third-party stores, and we earn a small commission if you buy through our link. Refunds and support for affiliate products are handled by the original seller, not by us. Their refund policy applies, not ours.
